1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SentryFlo's services, including our AI receptionist platform and related text messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

SentryFlo provides custom-built AI receptionist services for businesses. Our service answers incoming phone calls on your behalf, handles customer inquiries about your business, and manages appointment scheduling including booking, canceling, and rescheduling. As part of this service, SentryFlo may send informational text messages (SMS) to your customers related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

SentryFlo SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from a business using SentryFlo, you consent to receive informational, non-promotional text messages related to your interactions with that business. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Rescheduling or cancellation notifications
  • Follow-up messages related to your inquiry

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment or inquiry. No recurring marketing messages will be sent.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text plan and data plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to receive messages again in the future, you may opt back in by providing your consent when interacting with the business.

Carrier Liability

Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use SentryFlo's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date business information for AI configuration.
  • Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Obtaining appropriate consent from your customers for AI-assisted call handling and text messaging.

5. Service Availability

While SentryFlo strives to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

SentryFlo provides its AI receptionist services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI will handle every interaction perfectly. SentryFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments, incorrect information provided by the AI, or lost business opportunities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with SentryFlo's services, including but not limited to our AI models, software, branding, and website content, are owned by SentryFlo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Upon termination, SentryFlo will cease all call handling and messaging services for your business. Data deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
